Fresh, Local, Organic, Seasonal, Humane, Sustainable
Fresh Bite practices transparency with all the ingredients that we use, we want you to know what we are putting into our tasty treats. We strive for organic ingredients but also consider where an item is produced, humane conditions for the animals and the use of other sustainable practices in production. In addition, we always use packaging that is compostable and made with recycled content, when possible.
Here is a list of our vendors with links to their sites, if available.
St. George Spirits St. George works in small batches on copper pot stills. They watch their stills carefully, tasting as they go and discarding anything that’s less than absolutely sublime. Their goal is maximize flavor and aroma, not profitability. It’s an artisanal process that results in a better-tasting product—that’s why we’ve always distilled that way and we always will. California cuisine is known for being ingredient driven and their proudly Californian spirits follow suit. The distillery is a kitchen of sorts and the spirits are made from the most extraordinary fruit, vegetables, herbs, grasses, and grains that they can find.
