Triple Ginger Cake with Black Pepper
This super moist cake has attitude. It’s got ginger three ways – fresh, crystallized, and ground.Then for the final kicker we add black pepper. It’s good with whipped cream, lemon curd, or straight up plain.

Care: Slip into a plastic bag or wrap in plastic film. Store at room temperature for 5 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
