We love the rich vanilla taste of butterscotch.  And we love St. George Absinthe Verte.  This absinthe is the traditional combination of wormwood, fennel and star anise but with a complex botanical twist to give it a "tongue-tingling lushness".  We added a bit of a floral note from orange blossom and...WOW, it's butterscotch for grown ups.

It's good on ice cream, cakes, spoons, and fingers and toes.

Like our caramel sauce, our butterscotch sauces are made with organic butter from jersey cows which makes it richer and MORE BETTER!

• Ingredients:  organic brown sugar, organic cream, organic Spring Hill butter, St. George Absinthe Verte, vanilla, orange blossom water (NO corn syrup!)
Shipping:  We ship priority mail, 2-4 days, depending on where you live.
Care: We use NO stabilizers like corn syrup so some separation may occur.  If this happens, simply stir the sauce, warm and stir again. Put the jar in the fridge after you receive it.  It keeps for 3-4 months in the fridge.
